Gluten Free Donuts

Ingredients:
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cold milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp. baking powder
2cups powder sugar
2 cups all purpose gluten free flour

Mix well and drop by the tablespoon in hot oil till brown then flip donut over to cook other side.
Optional: After donuts cool roll in powder sugar to taste.
